"Agriculture x Welfare x Food" to convey the magnificence and scrumptiousness of the Japanese food culture

We are holding an event called "Agriculture x Welfare x Food" to convey the magnificence and scrumptiousness of the Japanese food culture of disabled people in Japan and overseas. In 2020, the Hattori Gakuen Hattori Nutrition College's chefs devised recipes using agricultural products produced by welfare service centers for disabled people in Kyushu, Hokkaido, Tokai/Hokuriku blocks under the supervision of cooking researcher Yukio Hattori. The results are delicious recipes accentuating the appeal of the ingredients.
